That is where “Weekly Wellness for You” comes in! Created by Aimee, these cards are designed to give you a simple health focus point for each week. Pick one card each week. you will then have one thing to focus on, or to find a small amount of time for. This then helps you create some new healthy habits. We all know what we should be doing, but sometimes we need a little reminder and guidance to stay on track. These wellness cards provide that support, helping you stay motivated and inspired on your journey towards better health.
